What is “Call Off Rent”?

• When you Call equipment “Off Rent” you are immediately stopping the rental and activating a request to pickup the equipment. This form stops additional rental charges when you are finished with the equipment.

Am I scheduling a Pickup?

• No. The Call Off Rent form is for immediately stopping rental only. You are not scheduling pickup. Our Central Dispatch is notified that the equipment is no longer being used and will coordinate the pickup. Pickups are scheduled as soon as possible, but may take days or in some cases over a week.

Who is Responsible for the Equipment?

• The Renter is 100% responsible for the safety of the equipment until it is picked up. Submitting this form does not change the Renter’s responsibility.

What Happens when I Submit a Call Off Rent?

• By submitting this form, you agree that the equipment you specify is no longer being used and is ready to be picked up. Please include ALL equipment you would like picked up.
• You will receive an automatic response once you submit your request. You will receive a formal Pickup Confirmation email within 1 Business Day. Pickups are scheduled as soon as possible, but may take days or in some cases over a week.

What if I Still need to Use the Equipment?

• Do not submit this form until you are finished with the equipment!
• If you continue to use the equipment after submitting a Call Off Rent request, you will be subject to additional charges.
• If the equipment is not ready for pickup when our driver arrives, you will be subject to a “Dry Run” pickup charge.
